MAGNETISM OF CASSETTE REVISITED
The project is a tribute to the bygone era of magnetic tape sound recording format commonly known as ‘Cassette’. Between the early 1970s and the late 1990s, the cassette was one of the two most common formats for prerecorded music. With the advent of digital sound recording formats cassettes have been reduced to absoluteness. The project artwork incorporates the typography composed of text that speaks about music in multiple world languages.
